The ISGC is delighted to announce details of the upcoming 6th International workshop in Cincinnati, Ohio on 7th and 8th January 2009. Initial hotel reservation details, flight information and contact details of the conference organisers are available in the members area of the website, as are programme highlights and registration details. The ISGC is also delighted to announce, for the first time, that there will be a poster session at the 6th International Workshop. Further details are again available in the members area of the website, and we do encourage you to bring along a poster to the meeting.

The ISGC has been formed expressely to futher the understanding of the genetic basis of Stroke. As such most of the scientific content of the website will be in the members area of the site and of relevance only to the scientific community. The non-members area of the site contains more general stroke information and some of the non-scientific aspects of our work. Please feel free to browse the site and let us know what you think.
