ISGC Populations
At the ISGC meeting in Nice, Spring 2008 (and subsequently updated as members join the ISGC) a survey was conducted to discern which populations members had access to for stroke genetics studies. Brief phenotypic information was also collected as was availability of risk factor data. This information for all members that participated has now been collated into a single file by John Attia as a guide for members embarking on projects who seeking collaborators or replication populations. An excel file of the data is available below. Included are names of PI's for the populations and interested members should contact the PI's for further information regarding specific populations.
